No worries! I chop and change over time, but right now my favourites are:

Subscape Aquarium, in Richmond.
Malvern Aquarium World, in Malvern.
Mentone Aquarium, in Mentone.
Upmarket Aquariums, in Melbourne CBD.

There's about 20 in the SE suburbs that I've thought worthy of collecting a Business Card. But as I mention occasionally, it comes down more to the Food, rather than the Fish!
