I know a few of you have said ok to my using your great pics here on the site, but I'm having trouble keeping track of it all. So I figured I'd do this ongoing post to keep it in order.

Sorry if it seems a bit 'legal', but it prevents me from breaching your rights, as I know who's images I must be more careful with, and of who's I know I can go open slather.

It also lets me prepare ahead, in case a Members image host account goes inactive, and we lose access to all those pics.

This permission is only valid for use on Aquatic Babble. It will include the use of images for:
- Our Index Page Slide Show.
- Pics of the Month gallery.
- The "Best of AB" gallery.
- Species Profiles.
- Our forthcoming FAQ & Reference section.

I would like to be able to Crop & Enlarge images, or parts of images, as I see fit for the above purposes.

You can specify wether I can use the image un-marked, or wether you want it watermarked, or accredited. Bare in mind, if I require a 'thumbnail' image, there is little room on the image, and accreditation may only be feasible by text caption.

Specify if accreditation is your AB Member name, or your real name.

Images chosen by me (or staff) will be copied to my harddrive for editing purposes, and then uploaded to a 'private' account for Aquatic babble on Image-Shack.

In this case, they remain available for AB use even though a member is no longer active. Although the Member may rescind approval in writing (how else?) at any time.

Just cut & paste the following into your reply post. Tick, or 'yes/no' the boxes, and add any additional remarks as you see fit.
