Notes: This is the best of near 30 Aquariums I've visited in Melbourne. Large range of freshwater. Recent installation of 30 odd new tanks. Knowledgable staff, able to sex. Reasonable prices, discounts to regular customers. Very good prices on accessories, particularly Ehiem pumps.

Notes: A small to medium size Aquarium. Reasonable range, primarily freshwater, some Marine. Will order in on request. Reasonably priced. Will accept trade-ins, at a good return. Will often have some less common species. Good range of packaged foods. The Manager, Laurie, is very knowledgable, and very approachable. Definitely worth visiting.

Notes: Medium size Aquarium. Not too bad of range, split three ways, Coldwater, Tropical, and Marine. Will accept trade in's. Good range of plants. If you're after a Tank, Stand or Cabinet, this is the place. A huge range of sizes, and well priced. A very busy shop, but plenty of staff. Also has a Reptile area.

St Kilda Aquarium

Notes: Medium to Large size shop. Very good range of Freshwater Tropical & Cold. Excellant range of plants. Some Reptiles. Prices haven't been as competitive in recent years, but theres a good chance you may find the odd species here, that hasn't been readily available elsewhere. Good range of manufactured foods, plus fresh / frozen. Also have a decent range of outdoor & pond accessories.
