Very accommodating little fish. Doesn't mind being shunted against the glass with a rule.

Not sure on prices, as i have not found any info on them yet just the video, but yea cant see them being cheep Evil or Very Mad

That is a gorgeous fish. Wonder where the catch point was? It would be interesting to see if these make it to the mainstream market.

Anyhow, I've got the book here (South American Catfishes - David Sands - Salamander Press - page 97), and I'm not so sure it's the same fella. Your's has much more 'whirl' to the pattern, although this could be a variation due to age, or sex, of the specimen(s).

My listing is for: Peckoltia pulcher (Striped Plec).
Highland waters of Columbia, Brazil.
100mm (4in).
Algae, invertebrates, and greenfoods.
Males are more colorful.
Territorial.
Bright, nuetral water.
