Cheers mate. I know what you mean when you say you miss yours, as i still miss my L155, i still look in the tank and think where is he ? Mind you i am looking around for another one. Are you not thinking of getting another one of the royals as they are a lovely fish ?

I have a L27c xingu in the 50 gallon until he gets bigger. I have been looking for a L190, L27tapajos, L90.

hate laughing Mine hides a lot as well either under the bogwood or behind the fillters, but will quite happily sit munching on some courgette Very Happy

Many of my fish (not all) will tolerate me approching the tank, but lift the little silver box up, and they're off !

Just for an experiment, cut up a Camera Shop catalogue, and sticky a few images of cameras to the glass. See if they acclimatise to it.

I know that if I'm willing to sit there for half an hour, with the camera in sight, I stand a far better chance of that better shot (or of one at all !).

Me too. I don't like when my fish pose when they see the camera. I want them au natural.

Yeah, get real fish-eye view, as you jump out, and they scarper to the other end of the tank !
