someone pointed this out to me. i've DLed it and installed it. looks quite interesting, although i've not quite got to grips with the intricacies of it yet. it may be a bit complex for some people but if u like to monitor ur tanks and keep logs of what is going on then this may be the software for u.

this is what it says about the software ...

Full featured aquarium maintainence, logging, control, and reference software package. It supports an unlimited number of tanks. Users can schedule reminders, Quickly view charts and reports about your waterquality for each tank. As well as livestock, maintenance, and expenses. Track livestock purchases, Losses, Growth, etc and keep an eye on expenses.

here is a user review ...

This software is perfect for people with alot of fishtanks. You can moniter, keep track of, and control everything with this. Eventhough this was designed for saltwater fish and corals, it works just as well with freshwater fish, I have a couple of South American Cichlid tanks and it works great. This works very well and I would definetly recomend it to anyone with a aquarium. I have used it for awhile now and have no problems using it.

if anyone fancies giving it a try, here is the link, it's free to download and use ...

Nice program on first impressions, might come in handy for tracking the fish rack/house when it gets finished.

It tastes a bit on the 'Commercial Breeding' side of things...or maybe School / Research projects...

I think I'll stick to my Tank Diary for the moment. I manage most of those things in there.

And speaking of 'tastes', just a quick gargle of the tank water'll give you a good indication of quality, won't it?
