I will be buying a 120 gallon (48"x24"x24") soon and I'm wondering which fish should go where? I'll give you the run down.

I have a 29 gallon in my bedroom (my wifes tank) with 3 L183, 1 L90, 3 neon tetras, 2 panda corys, 2 leopard danios, 4 swordtail/platys.

I have a 55 gallon in the office with 1 L200, 1 L190, 1 L81, 2 L104, 1 L174, 1 ancistrus sp.5, 1 L260, 2 L333, 1 L127, 1 L316, 1 upside down cat, 2 adult kribensis, 20 young kribs and newly hatched krib fry.

I'm going to put the 55 gallon in the living room for all of my guests to see and the 120 gallon will go in the office and be like my indoor sand box. I want to try and breed the L183s and I will be trading/selling/giving away the krib fry. Which tank do I put which fish?
I thought this would be interesting to see the different opinions of the members here.
Thanks.

My problem is, that I don't remember what all the L's are!

The Living Room tank should probaly have fish that can provide movement and color, to hold the guests attention. Probably the Kribs, the fry would be a good 'show off'. Upside down cat, some Cory's, and whatever L's don't go in the Office.

I'm assuming the Office is in the Home. And that it's not too boisterous in there. Obviously your breeding tank for your L's. And other L's.

Your Wifes tank could largely stay as is. On the assumption above, the L183's into the large tank. The Danios, Platies, and Tetras may go to either of the other two tanks, to add color and movement. As long as they're not considered a threat to any fry.

Heres what I was thinking. Kribs in the 55 gallon in the living room with a few of the plecos that stay smaller , upside down cat and corys.
The 29 gallon could be the L183 (Ancistrus Dolichopterus) breeding tank.
The 120 gallon would house the big plecos, tetras, swordtail/platys, danios.
L# scientific/common names-
No L# associated- ancistrus sp.5/longfin albino bristlenose
L81- baryancistrus sp./gold nugget

L106- hemiancistrus guahiborum/spotted orange seam
L127/L207- ancistrini sp./N/A
L174- hypancinstrus sp./N/A
L183- ancistrus dolichopterus/starlight

L260- hypancistrus sp./queen arabesque
L316- hypnancistrus sp./jari zebra
L333- hypancistrus sp./N/A
