On that subject, you guys with long Signatures, may not be able to update them in full.
Some of you will remember that Bettina up'd the length to about 500. Well ForumUp have over-ridden that, back to 250. Your 500 is ok now, unless you edit it, and then the 250 limit will slam down.
The reason for this, is so many forum users were placing huge amounts of HTML coding in their signatures, and it was having quite an effect on the performance of the servers. Hence it was reduced to the default limit of 250.
You'll have to figure out a way to compress your data. May I suggest my method, by way of an image. It need not be pictorial, remember, most Graphic Editors do have a Text function. |
