Does anyone name their fish? I have a fair amount of fish, yet I have only named two. They are Garfield, my Corydoras Aeneus Catfish and Skeletor, my Glass Catfish. |

Technically, I don't name my fish.
However, my Daughters do so anyway.
And I find the names handy references for my Tank Diaries, especially for working out longevity. _________________ Angels, Black Mollies, Bristlenose', Clown Loaches, Cory Aeneus, Gibby, Guppies, Hockey-stick Tetras, Keyhole Cichlids, Otocinclus. |

None of my fish have names right now, but I'll name any unique ones. My betta was named Sapphire, and my BN pleco was Ugly Dude. _________________ ~Kristin

I don't really name my fish anymore. Too many fish to remember names. I did name a male betta once. His name was Terminator. He was the coolest fish. I could put my hand in his bowl and he would swim into my hand and I could hold him. He would follow me around the room, watching me. When I cleaned his bowl, I didn't need a net to catch him. I would just grab him and put him in a cup. |
