I sent them an e-mail, letting them know how dissapointed we were, that their revamped website was missing the Disease Diagnostic section.

Here's the favourable response.

well at least they did'nt ignore you personaly have never been on thair site so cant comment on it but i assume they must be updating the Disease Diagnostic section which can only bode well
