No its a type of eel type fish polypterus family,it should get to around 12" long it will already eat anything it can fit into its mouth (including 2 ottos grrrr)

It sort of looks like a Blue-Tongue Lizard, or a Stumpy-Tail. How does it swim? A bit like a Cory maybe, or an Axolotl even - I assume it just sits there on the gravel in a like manner?

Shame about the Otto's - they're a top little fish!
