The current BUG on this .org server is the talky brackets.

For instance I will now demonstrate placing one talky bracket, you may call it a quote mark, and one only with no other character:

After I submit, my talky bracket is accompanied by a forward slash. 'Why is it so?' cry the fans the late Julius Sumner Miller.

'Who gives a rats', say the others.

Anyway, Posts, and PM's are affected.
