There's probably not as much stuff behind that door as there should be, but I do my best. As we've discussed previously, it makes 'hand-over' that much easier.

Don't look so worried, I'm not going anywhere just yet.

It's called succession planning. It's a management tool, is all.

Besides, even I have trouble sometimes trying to figure out why I did something, six months later. I need my notes.
