We need 2 stickys here with medications and what they do. 1 sticky for the US meds and 1 sticky for the UK meds. List the name, what its supposed to treat, how you treated your fish, what side effects (good or bad) you noticed and effectiveness to treat what its suppoesed to treat (or even things its not supposed to treat).

Damn good idea.
Do you have any content ready to go ?
Any suggestions as to the format, and layout ?
I'm not sure if we need seperate stickies for UK, US, etc. I reckon we could just have them listed together, but include an 'Availability:' point, that lists "UK, US, Aus, etc". Would that work for you ?
I'll place a sticky now. We can run it as per Species Profiles.

Think funky's hit on a good idea there But with you (kana), on the idea of putting it all in the same folder, with the availability where applicable, as we need to remember that there are a few companys that are global, and some that are not, so you are gonna end up with a couple of treatments that will treat the same ailments/diseases. Which might not be available to everybody, (just like lfs dont carry all available brands) As we all have our own prefered brands. Also you gotta remember that there are homemade treatments as well

I don't feel it matters if we have more than one medication for a given ailment.
As to global availability, I don't see much difference to your point about different LFS's with differing Brandnames. If I never see a given product in my local LFS, what's the difference between it being available across town, to the next continent, if I don't know of it ?
Also, we're a global community. How many people use e-bay, and other internet based purchasing from overseas sources ?
Homemade remedies - Even less so.
All someone need do is let one of us know, 'that's available here too', and we edit in the region. I can always split the topic if it doesn't work out.
What I'd really like to do, is stop Funky from posting everything twice !

My biggest Digital Camera Tip:
Piss-off that USB cable, and get a Memory Card socket installed in your computer.
Does your transfer in seconds, and you can access it like another hard-drive.
I lasted 3 hrs after unpacking our Camera. 1 download by cable - "Stuff this !" - in the car, and down to the Electronics shop. Mine accepts 6 different card types.
