I think one issue of feedback is administration,when me and a fellow moderator on plecofanatics started our own forum recently,we were doing virtually all the posting to try and get topics started and that we was active.
A forum doesnt start itself it needs work...I feel it would be beneficial to her forum if bettinacharlotta made some contributions in threads even if its just a word here and there to show support

I think she might be on holiday....or had a meltdown!...I know Bettina was keen to administer a Forum site, perhaps she underestimated the effort required for content.

Well I hope this site kicks off. Not that I really know, but I get the impression that most Fish Forum sites are reasonably specialised.

I'd like to see a nice all-rounder forum like Babble, particulary for new-comers, to pick up basics as well as the more in-depth nitty-gritty.

I reckon I'm in there about half-way. I've played with tanks for 16 years now, bred 5 species, but before 3 weeks ago I've never discussed anything with another aquarist (except the couple of people I introduced to it).

Yeah, I should be posting more, but I have not been on this site much lately. I am a member of two other forums and a moderator of another, plus I've had lots of homework too. Actually, this thread just motivated me to post more.

Homework? Do schools over there have a Christmas break? My two knock off early December, and begin again in February.
