With the addition of the brakish tank, we moved over the mollies to be with the monos. Even fish need companionship. LOL
Well i think the stress was to much for the male mollie for he unfortunatly passed away yesterday. The female is still going strong. The tank is still in cycle, so we are not adding anymore fish until the cycle is complete, but she will be getting a new hubby soon.

sorry to hear that billy Sad but you could be right it could of been down to the strees of being moved to a cycling tank

I've had Mollies in the past, and have found them to be a tad more sensitive than I would have liked.

These were black lyre-tails, so I'm not sure if that trait breeding has a hand in the situation.
