Waiting to get the new house first. It depends on the floor plan of the house. It won't be right now, but my dreams are drawing near reality.

We have several events each year. The hot air balloon races, hot august nights (classic car show), air races (prop plane races and air show), street vibrations (annoying and obnoxious v-twin rally).

Not cheap either. That's the problem with city living. Out in the country, you could build 3 or 4 houses for the same cost.

You couldn't build them like the 4 up top. Those homes are awesome. They have everything, or could be built new with everything. 6 car garage with RV access, fireplace in the master bedroom and in the family room, 1/2 acre to over 1 full acre of property, mother-in-law-quarters or guest house. I want my mom to live with me so I know she is taken care of. Right now she lives in a gated community, but has a college kid for a neighbor. I've had to "talk" with him about his friends parking their cars in front of my moms house where she wasn't able to get her car out of her garage. I was ready to mop the floor with him and his friends.

I know some turds like that. Sometimes I wish I had one of the farm vehicles down here, so I could just plough their cars out of the way !

Now, isn't this thread all nice and slim, now that I've moved the bricks and mortar.
